Cardigans for Autumn

Hello you lot! I hope you have had a brilliant week this week. I’m feeling back into the swing of things and practising what I preach in terms of balance….I think!

I shot this look last week on one of the more miserable days we’ve been having. I am a little bit obsessed with Jigsaw at the moment. And cardigans, and knitwear, and anything cosy if I’m being honest. You can always count on Jigsaw for incredibly high quality pieces that you’ll love season after season.

This mohair cardigan is the cosiest thing, and I’ve worn it buttoned up and open with a plain white tee underneath too. You know what I’m like with denim, and these vintage ones rarely come off, so although they’re light in the same way as the cardigan, I really like how the belt breaks up the colour. Just because its miserable out doesn’t mean we have to start wearing black!

The boots are by Jigsaw too and I’m so happy I got them. I find it hard to find the perfect autumn/winter boot because I’m really fussy about the shape, and they absolutely have to be comfortable because I’ll spend 90% of September-February wearing them. I love that these are a take on a cowboy boot, without looking too Western. The snake print is very cool and I love that they’re navy instead of black, so they will still go with everything, just treat them as if they are in fact, black!
