a sustainable leather jacket

Hello you lot, I hope you’re all so well this week. I am so excited to share this campaign with you. Meet the new leather jacket from Everlane. A classic in every single way with details like a minimal point collar and centre zip taken from vintage leather jackets which is my favourite type of leather jacket. This jacket has been one of the easiest pieces to style; whether that’s with jeans, trousers or skirts, the silhouette is perfect. It has worked with pieces from my current wardrobe so well and will be a piece I wear over and over. Leather jackets have always been that golden piece in my wardrobe; the piece I reach for when I want to feel good, the piece that can be worn with anything, the piece that gets better with each wear.

It’s super soft and comfortable to wear, and I love that it has a zip detail on the sleeves to allow extra room for chunky knits as it starts to cool down out there. Over time, this is a jacket that will wear so well, move with your shape and still look in great condition for years to come- this is all down to the way that Everlane has committed themselves to making high quality pieces in the most sustainable ways possible.

I always look to Everlane as the benchmark for sustainable processes in fashion that I can trust, their transparency and commitment to the planet is unwavering. This leather jacket is made from premium, traceable leather, and from farm to tannery- they’ve made this an ethical process. This piece is £227, and we know exactly how it was made, and I am so proud to be able to work with Everlane on this.
