I’ve just come home from three beautiful days in Paphos, Cyprus with Jigsaw and Chic Retreats. I know, what a flipping treat. On the trip were my two amazing mates Kim and Lizzy, then lovely Erica (who I usually go away on brand trips each year with and I feel lucky to be able to do so!) and finally Kat who I met very recently and who is also wonderful. You’ll know that I have worked with Jigsaw for some time now and I just cannot fault them. The quality, and seriously chic tailoring they design is always a key feature in my wardrobe. When they asked me to come along on the trip I was, well, buzzing! basically. It’s so great when a brand nurtures what you have in a partnership and don’t expect anything in return (even though of course I’d be wearing and featuring lots of Jigsaw regardless!). I need to tell you that the neutral coloured slides you can see are going to be my go-to summer sandals- they’re the most comfortable and chic sandals ever.
The last time I went to Cyprus was eleven years ago with my family. We used to go every year for our Summer holiday. It’s safe to say that I recognised absolutely nothing aside from a bar we used to go to every night! It has changed so much but is still beautiful. Even now I’m home, my family WhatsApp chat is still full of all of us wracking our brains to try to remember where exactly we stayed….
This time, we stayed at the Almyra Hotel right on the ocean front and it was absolutely incredible. The rooms are chic and minimal with super large beds that are so comfortable that I looked forward to crawling in each night. We were spoiled rotten and treated to some of the best food. The Almyra boasts a few gorgeous restaurants and my favourites were Ouzeri which is a traditional, rustic and chic Cypriot restaurant overlooking the ocean, and Notios, a Japanese/Mediterranean fusion restaurant al fresco that blew my mind.
We also experienced a tasting menu with wine pairing- some of the best wine I have ever, ever had, by the way- this was at the hotel next door, Annabel.
The Almyra has a spa. Not just ‘a spa’. It’s a beautiful building that also overlooks the sea and is one of the most tranquil spaces I’ve ever been in. I had a Reflexology session and it was all kinds of heaven.
Warehouse bag- coming soon

On day two, we walked down the coast to the Archaeological park with a tour guide to see some history, drink in a little culture. There’s lots to be learned about Greek Mythology there and it was a brilliant couple of hours. We timed it right by going in the morning so we could get back to the pool for when it got a little hot.
Levi’s denim shorts- vintage
What a flipping lovely trip that was. Here is a link to where I stayed if you’d like to take a look: The Almyra Hotel, Paphos, Cyprus. Thank you very much to my lovely Jigsaw family and the guys from Chic Retreats.
Thank you so much for reading and I’ll be back with something new on Wednesday xx
