A sexy go-to blazer

I told you all on Monday that I’d had an amazing stay with The Artist Residence hotel in London last week and so, I wanted to shoot in the hotel room because it is just so beautiful, and so very cool. I wanted to shoot something here that felt a little more like an evening look because actually, I wanted to get dressed up and to feel a little bit sexy for a change.

For me, feeling sexy comes in many forms when it comes to getting dressed. It doesn’t have to be that low cut top, those thigh high boots or mini dress. It’s all about how you feel. I talked about this recently in The Reset Series that I produce for mental health on my YouTube channel. Dressing, absolutely affects your mood, for the positive and negative! So it’s a really good idea to ask yourself, “how do I feel wearing this?” because if your answer is “not great”, you’re going to ruin your own evening before it’s begun. Choose something that you absolutely love, it might be your skinniest jeans that you love the way your bum looks in, or that top that fits in all the right places.

I always find wearing a blazer with nothing underneath is a bit of a go-to sexy look for me. I’m fortunate enough not to have to wear a bra so I can literally just let it all go…! You know what I’m like with denim, especially straight leg and high-waisted, so for me, feeling sexy doesn’t mean a skinny jean. Something a little bit more tailored with a glimpse of flesh on the top, put together with some straight leg jeans and a peep toe heel is my dream combination. Not forgetting jewellery, which obviously I live in, and can make a look.

The shoes are Topshop and they are absolutely class- comfortable and I think they’re such a cool shape. I showed you these on Monday too, and for £46, we all need them!
