So my boyfriend and I took a trip up 23 flights (in a lift- not stairs!) to the top of the Hilton in Manchester, Cloud 23 to be exact. It’s a luxurious, skyline view of Manchester city centre and on a hot summers evening it was the perfect time to visit. Champagne cocktails with twists of fresh fruit and rum for the men! You can’t grumble at the waiter service and air conditioning not to mention the celebrities milling around!
