New York, was cold. It said it was 6 degrees, but honest to god I couldn’t feel my face most days. I was pretty impressed with my ability to layer up day after day, considering I absolutely did not pack for that eventuality.
I dashed to Weekday on the morning of my flight to find a coat, and the coat God’s listened to my cries because I came away with this incredible boxy, neutral coat. It was my ride or die every single day. I took other coats but they were nowhere near as warm as this one. It was amazing for layering all of my knitwear underneath too, so I was winning at being as warm as possible every day.
Coats over hoods is something I always love. Winter after winter, it’s the chicest way to stay warm when you’re having a casual day.
