Recently, I was wined & dined (by mother) at San Carlo in Manchester. Over the years I have developed my taste buds quite well, I think! Even if my boyfriend does still find me roaming the ‘Children’s Cereal’ isle in the supermarket. Anyway, I wanted to try lobster and my goodness, I’ll be having it again. I would recommend San Carlo to EVERYONE. Its a beautiful, authentic Italian that delivers only the best service & knowledge of dishes. Ask them anything….they know!
