Dr Martens and Dresses

Happy Monday! So I’ve finally got my hands on some Dr Martens. What impresses me is that on the sole it reads “oil proof”. Excellent. I wanted these ones especially for New York because I’m going to walk miles and need to be A. warm (it’s been -9 degrees for the last few days) and B. comfortable. I’ve slowly been building up my empire of chunky knits, layers and sturdy footwear to tackle the cold when I get to New York…this has become my excuse for excessive orders and the ASOS delivery man saying to my dad “you must have the best dressed daughter in Stockport”. And then I answered the door to him myself this morning, in my onesie, so he probably thought again on the ‘best dressed’ thing. Anyway, I absolutely love my Tom-boy twist here and I can’t stop wearing this ASOS White knit dress, it’s in the sale and you absolutely need it.
