Tall girl flares

I never thought I would find a pair of flares that I’d consider wearing. I couldn’t see how they would work for me and my style, but here I am feeling right at home in this incredible pair, I just had to make them work for me. This particular pair are by one of my new found favourite brands This is Welcome. They are part of the SS16 line so aren’t out just yet….but hold on until February and you can get your hands on a pair! To make them feel less 70’s trend and more casual, I popped on my And Other Stories slouchy shirt and tucked it in, undid a few buttons so you could see my beautiful Missoma Jewellery pieces and threw on trainers and Emma Hill’s jacket…because I was frozen, soaked from the rain and had forgotten my own black jacket!
I love this look so much, I found it to be a cool, relaxed nod to the 70’s trend without having to conform to a ‘trend’.
You can shop my look here:

Thank you so much for reading and I hope you have a great week!
I would love to know your thoughts on this look.
